We Are Kombucha Lemongrass
We Are Kombucha Lemongrass: This is our original kombucha recipe that we enhance with organic lemongrass tea! As with the original booch, we steep our quality organic green tea and ferment it with organic cane sugar over several weeks. The kombucha culture consumes the sugar as part of the fermentation process. Once we have achieved our desired flavour profile, we then add organic lemongrass pulp with the kombucha and let it infuse over a second, shorter fermentation giving us our delicious and refreshing Lemongrass kombucha, rich in antioxidents and acetic acid bacteria.
Our kombucha is the real deal ladies and gentlemen, so drink fresh and store cold!
